What approach?
Created by the PACTE law (2019), the quality of a company with a mission allows a company to integrate a social, societal or environmental purpose and objectives into its statutes.
It is thus publicly committed to contributing positively to society while ensuring a structured follow-up of its commitments, via a mission committee (or a referent for small structures).
Audit frequency
Each mission company must publish an annual mission report, subject to periodic external audit by an independent third party organization (OTI).
The OTI regularly checks the company's compliance with its commitments. The opinion issued must be presented to the general meeting which validates the accounts.
Every 2 years for companies with +50 employees
