What is CSRD?
The CSRD (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive) is a European directive that reinforces and harmonizes the extra-financial reporting of companies. It requires the publication of detailed, standardized and verified information on environmental, social and governance (ESG) impacts according to ESRS standards, as well as performance indicators relating to the European taxonomy.

The companies concerned that have already published a sustainability statement are companies listed on a regulated market with more than 500 employees and a consolidated turnover of more than €50 million.
Ultimately, companies with more than 1,000 employees and more than €450 million in consolidated turnover should be the only ones subject to the CSRD.
