Heads

Estelle Purcel

Senior in accounting review and consolidation

Fulfilment and sharing: two words that summarize Estelle well. Arriving at Nexia S&A on a Master 1 internship, she signed her first permanent contract there in November 2024, convinced by listening to managers and the conviviality of the firm (ah, the Easter egg hunt!). “I was lucky to have a manager who took the time to train me, even in the middle of a fiscal period.” Now a senior in accounting review and consolidation, she enjoys structuring figures as much as optimizing the tools she uses for the team. Because the collective counts as much as the numbers, she also hosts board game evenings. At the same time, she is preparing for the DEC, which she approaches with the same energy and the same enthusiasm.

Soukaina Tayebi

Accountant

After an alternating DSCG, Soukaina joined the Nexia S&A structure dedicated to consulting in September 2024. She discovers, as close as possible to clients, the accounting of companies in need of reinforcement, which outsources this function in whole or in part, temporarily or in the long term. Accounting referent in January, she supervised a small team for a few months. Today, she supports several companies, Safran, Ubisoft... with very varied missions: fences, intercos, supplier accounts... She appreciates the diversity of environments, missions, and a flexible working environment thanks to the remote work practiced at Nexia S&A. “Here, I found the right rhythm, and a work/life balance that makes all the difference.”

Marion Amouroux

Apprentice in accounting expertise

It was during the open days at her school, INES, that Marion discovered Nexia S&A. Seduced by the dynamic of the team, she decided to continue her apprenticeship there for the DSCG. For the past year, she has divided her time between courses and the firm, where she is gradually taking off. Already autonomous on certain files, she appreciates the rigor of the profession and the diversity of the files. “It's always accounting, but it's always different.” Marion regularly participates in team interventions with clients. An experience that reinforces his desire to continue learning and to evolve towards audit or management, within a structure that focuses on talent.

Edouard Frizon

Tax lawyer

Édouard Frizon studied law in Nancy, Ireland and then in Paris, before taking the oath of office in 2015. A lawyer at the Paris Bar, he joined Nexia S&A in 2019 to develop tax activity. Promoted Partner in 2023, he puts his expertise at the service of managers and companies on the fiscal dimension of their structures, restructuring, development and sales transactions in France and internationally. “Today, the law has become so complex that it is important to be well supported.” Highly invested, he is committed to growing the firm while contributing to the spirit of Nexia S&A: trust between partners and clients, the complementarity of businesses. and the quality of collective work.

Tails

Estelle Purcel

Professional player (according to very personal criteria)

Estelle likes to challenge herself. She moves forward with the same energy in her work as in video games. After twelve years of tennis, she turned to rock climbing... and Super Smash Bros. Ultimate tournaments. In France, in England, in Germany — soon, who knows, in Japan? Her favorite character? Marth, elegant swordsman from the first Fire Emblem: “Not the strongest, but the most stylish, and with the tip of his sword, he hits the mark.” A choice that says a lot about his temperament. “Accounting is a language for representing the world. Games too: you just have to understand the logic behind them.” For her, gaming is also a way to manage stress and create a connection at the office, with other enthusiasts.

Soukaina Tayebi

Artist

Entering the conservatory at the age of four, Soukaina chose to learn piano there: Bach, Mozart, Chopin... At the same time, she practices contemporary dance until joining a company from the Théâtre National de Chaillot. At 17, she gave up to devote herself to studies, but took up the conservatory again. Today, she is continuing solo lessons with one of her teachers. “Now I play for fun, without pressure.” This demanding apprenticeship has transmitted to her qualities that she uses in her work: rigor, attention to detail, regularity and discipline. The auditions and the stage also gave him real ease in public. “This background helps me to be structured, comfortable in professional relationships.” And fully in line with the Nexia S&A spirit.

Marion Amouroux

Volunteer/administrative and financial manager of the AYUD association

Marion fell into volunteering at the age of 10, accompanying her mother at Amma France, an association affiliated with the humanitarian movement Embracing the World. One thing led to another, she did her civic service there, then joined AYUD, the youth branch of the movement which brings together young Europeans around benevolence, respect and concrete actions, marauds, tree plantations, international meetings... Today, she is the administrative and financial manager. She manages calls for projects and European grants with the same rigor as at the firm. A human experience that sharpened his managerial reflexes as well as his relational skills.

Edouard Frizon

The malty look

Édouard could not bear the smell of whiskey... until a trip to Scotland in 2011. “Out of curiosity, I visited the Whisky Museum in Edinburgh.” A revelation: he discovered the richness of aromas, the subtlety of flavors, and became passionate about this universe. Over the years, he refined his palate, graduated as a “whisky ambassador” in 2017 and became a collector: 129 bottles to date. But for him, whiskey is above all a pleasure to share. “A great discussion often ends around a tasting.” He also shares his passion during Nexia S&A seminars where he introduces amateurs to a few selected bottles.
