It operates on the environmental and cleanTech market, with a positioning centered on the collection, sorting and valorization of biowaste.Founded in 2013 and based in Île-de-France, Moulinot operates four industrial sites located in Stains, Réau, Saint-Barthélemy-d'Anjou and Eysines. The company is developing integrated expertise covering the collection from communities and actors in the restoration, pre-treatment and transformation of food waste into biogas and natural fertilizers. Its model is based on long-term contracts and high regulatory barriers, reinforced by the widespread use of sorting at source. The operation aims to support the deployment of new sites and to massify the treatment of bio-waste at the national level, in order to support the growth of a market driven by the challenges of energy transition and the circular economy.
