Created in 1961 and based in Bersée, in Hauts-de-France, the group designs and manufactures custom composite parts for industrial assemblies and sub-assemblies. It relies on an integrated design office and has four production sites, including two in France, one in Poland and one in Morocco, complemented by a joint venture in India and partnerships in North America. Its expertise covers in particular structural, body and interior design elements for railways, as well as specialized equipment for defense and, more marginally, medical.The operation aims to ensure the industrial transmission of the group and to place it in a dynamic of development within a group with an international dimension. It should make it possible to strengthen industrial capacities and to broaden the prospects for growth in complementary markets.
