Nexia S&A supported Eyesight Group by carrying out financial vendor due diligence as part of its acquisition by Havas via its subsidiary BETC, during a corporate M&A transaction.

With a turnover of around €9 million and a workforce of around thirty employees, Eyesight Group operates in the communication sector, more precisely in events dedicated to luxury and fashion.

Founded in 2002 in Paris, Eyesight Group specializes in the design and production of fashion shows and events for major luxury houses. The company has recognized expertise in staging brand experiences, with more than 3,000 fashion shows held internationally, including in Paris, New York and Milan. It supports a clientele made up of major luxury players, by offering services combining creativity, technical production and operational management.

This transaction allows Havas to strengthen its positioning in luxury by integrating complementary event capabilities, while pursuing a strategy of targeted growth and broadening its offer of high value-added services.
